SHIPPING GUIDELINES & INSTRUCTIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS
As a partner photographer, one of the most critical aspects of our relationship with customers is the shipping process. Below, we describe our guidelines for shipping art prints at various sizes. Please make best efforts to follow these guidelines to ensure successful delivery of your art prints to the customer.

FOR PRINTS 11X14" OR SMALLER - SHIPPING FLAT
STEP 1: Receiving the Initial Order
After a customer completes a purchase with BluePhoto you will receive an email with purchase and shipping information, directly from our eCommerce platform.
STEP 2: Receiving the Shipping Label Order
After you receive the initial order you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email from andy@bluephoto.co. The shipping label allows us to collect the shipping charges and track the customer's order. If you change your location of shipping please contact us immediately. All shipping is UPS 3-Day Select.
STEP 3: Preparing your Print for Shipping
First, encase the print in a plastic sleeve or between two sheets of professional grade tissue paper or polypropylene. Affix acid free tape at the corners to secure the print. Sandwich the print between 2 sheets of corrugated cardboard, each 2mm thick.
Insert the 4 layers (corrugated cardboard, print, tissue paper, corrugated cardboard) into a mailing envelope and please place a DO NOT BEND sticker on the completed package.

FOR PRINTS LARGER THAN 11X14" - SHIPPING TUBE
STEP 1: Receiving the initial Order

STEP 2: Receiving the Shipping Label Order
After you receive the initial order you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email from andy@bluephoto.co. All shipping labels utilize UPS 3-day shipping
STEP 3: Preparing your print for shipping
When shipping art prints which are greater than 11x14 we strongly encourage shipping in a heavy duty kraft shipping tube which is at least .125” thick and has plastic end caps.
Place acid free tissue paper on top of the print and roll carefully. This will protect the image from scratching itself.
Place a paper “belly band” (just a strip of paper, taped at the end to form a loop) around the rolled print to keep it under pressure. Do not apply any tape to the print, only to the paper band itself. Wrap the rolled print in tissue paper.
Place the rolled print in a tube longer than the rolled print
Gently place tissue paper at each end of the tube to protect the print edges.
Tube caps should be taped closed to help prevent accidental removal of the caps in transit.

IF YOU ARE PRINTING WITH BRILLIANT GRAPHICS
STEP 1: Provide Brilliant Graphics with your High Resolution files
Work directly with Brilliant Graphics to provide files and sign off on the color. When orders are received Brilliant will print directly from these files.
Brilliant Graphics prefers TIFF files at the highest possible resolution. Please include notes with your likes and dislikes regarding the printing process. Share the files using your preferred provider.
STEP 1: Brilliant Graphics will receive orders directly
After a customer completes a purchase with BluePhoto, Brilliant Graphics will receive an email with purchase and shipping information, directly from our eCommerce platform.
STEP 2: Receiving the Shipping Label Order
Brilliant Graphics will print and ship the ordered image. They will place the signature card and certificate in the package.
